Thanks Mia, glad you enjoyed the post. I will have a look/listen to the link you shared, it is an interesting phenomenon.
I&#039;ve amended the blog to show how the incident was sensationalised and incorrectly reported.

It was the incident that brought the &#039;bystander effect&#039; into the public domain though. And whilst the numbers weren&#039;t accurate, I think the lack of action from several witnesses still emphasises diffusion of responsibility - albeit in an extreme case.]]></description>
